Asset Management Event Planner Associate

Join our Asset Management Events Team as an Associate and help deliver exceptional, high-impact client events that drive business growth and elevate the J.P. Morgan brand.
As an Associate Events Planner within the Asset Management Events Team, you will partner with event planners, marketing, client, and product teams to support the planning and execution of high-quality client events that drive new business and strengthen relationships. You’ll manage logistics, communications, agenda coordination, on-site support, and follow-up for a range of events—from large conferences to intimate roundtables. In this role, you’ll handle event materials, attendee communications, vendor coordination, and expense reconciliation, while ensuring every event meets J.P. Morgan’s standards. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach will help deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team’s ongoing success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the consistent delivery of J.P. Morgan event standards at every event.
- Partner with lead event manager to plan and execute local investment forums and priority projects.
- Produce event collateral, including name badges, table tents, and promotional items.
- Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and coordinate supply shipments for events.
- Build and maintain registration websites, communications, and conference apps.
- Manage attendee communications, requests, travel manifests, and hotel bookings.
- Coordinate logistics with external partners for travel, accommodations, venue setup, AV, and security.
- Oversee agenda management and serve as the central point for session coordination.
- Work with speakers to schedule meetings and manage content development.
- Support onsite event execution and collaborate with Creative Services for event materials.
- Assist with ad hoc team initiatives, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.
Required qualifications , capabilities and skills
- 3+ years of events experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of event logistics and production elements.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Represent events with confidence and maturity to the business, external clients, and partners.
- Contribute as a collaborative team player, supporting others to achieve shared goals.
- Communicate effectively to build trust with peers and senior managers.
- Show ambition, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to continuously improve the client event experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality events.
