Our team is comprised of subject matter experts across all Fraud dimensions, including account opening, money movement, checks, and transactional vectors. In addition to the Fraud teams, we have recently established a Credit Decisioning Unit (CDU) to build a marginal decisioning framework for Consumer and Community Banking’s lending businesses, working in close partnership with each line of business. The business manager will play a pivotal role in crafting analysis, shaping and communicating our collective narrative, and driving organizational excellence across both strategic and administrative initiatives.
As a Business Manager in Fraud Strategy and Credit Decisioning, you will be instrumental in supporting our Fraud Strategy and CDU teams. You’ll help drive organizational strategy, manage cross-functional projects, and foster a culture of excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Fraud Strategy and CDU teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and business partners
- Drive leadership team agendas, priorities, meetings, and follow-ups
- Develop executive-level business review materials and messaging
- Manage cross-functional projects, including project management and ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement best practices
- Assist with strategic planning and execution of organizational initiatives
- Ensure timely and effective communication across all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 4+ years of experience within financial services or similar environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in retail lending
- Proven track record in process improvement or project management
- Strategic thinker with active curiosity
- Experience supporting senior management teams
