Tri-Party Relationship Manager [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Own accountability to the client for ensuring all services provided to the client are achieved end-to-end. Maintain a strategic understanding of the client's operating model and of the implications of market, vendor, and regulatory changes to the client's operating environment. Serve as a point of escalation for client and internal teams and, where necessary, navigate internally on behalf of the client. Identify trends and issues for business and revenue opportunities. Prepare and present regular client reviews that capture service levels, client and market trends, client platform requirements and feedback, walletshare, portfolio mix, and product contribution to cost. Oversee overall service performance against agreed client expectations. Seek opportunities and respond to initiatives to improve service levels and improve efficiency internally and for the client. Collaborate with the Sales team to improve and retain the client relationship and drive additional sales opportunities. Conduct client presentations and trainings for new products and markets which best meet the client's needs. This position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Tri-Party Relationship Manager, Tri-Party Client Service Manager, Operations Service Delivery, Commodities Sales & Trading Services, Operations Strategist and Team Lead, Listed Derivatives Middle Office, Team Oversight, Business Architecture and Change Management, Senior Private Banker, Marketing and Sales Executive, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Tri-Party Relationship Manager, Tri-Party Client Service Manager, Operations Service Delivery, Commodities Sales & Trading Services, Operations Strategist and Team Lead, Listed Derivatives Middle Office, Team Oversight, Business Architecture and Change Management, Senior Private Banker, Marketing and Sales Executive, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: utilizing knowledge of securities financing markets for the Triparty business; Designing and building financing and account solutions for banks, broker dealers and pensions contributing to revenue; Conducting analysis on client activity and market trends to forecast needs of the market; Client service and relationship management; collateral analysis, forecasting, and model design; preparing and conducting presentations including Client Relationship Management Reviews, Service Level Reviews, Client Activity Analysis, and Business cases for senior-level audience; interacting with functional areas across the Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Sales teams; and knowledge of Triparty and collateral management market factoring in nuances across various regions and client segments and financial structures and transactions managed in Triparty.
Job Location: 270 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel.
Full-Time. Salary: $167,500 - $ 187,500 per year.
