Product Manager, Ad's Framework

As a Product Manager in the Ads Framework team, you design and deliver the orchestration and presentation layer that assembles personalized content and drives customer acquisition and engagement across web, iOS, and Android. You optimize targeted content delivery across web and mobile, partnering with Product, Digital Channels, Technology, Analytics, and Marketing. You influence outcomes in a complex environment through strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management. You bring collaboration, presentation, analytical, and partnership‑building skills to create value for customers and the business.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with architects, engineering, and other product teams to drive new product initiatives
- Identify ongoing needs, gaps, optimizations and future opportunities for the product
- Embody true “customer-obsession” in identifying and leveraging user data, behavioral analytics, and key performance metrics, industry trends, and varying forms of customer and stakeholder feedback to shape tech approach, design and roadmap
- Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features and clearly demonstrate any user and business benefits and tradeoffs
- Deliver on strategy and business goals with solutions that work for broader organization and not just an individual use case or stakeholder
- Influence peers and senior leaders with diverse points of view and build consensus
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to define success criteria and KPIs, and measure outcomes
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguity
- Experience with Agile methodology, working with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience with API-based designs, microservices, web services
- Experience with AI/ML
- A/B testing and experimentation, with data analytics experience
