Join our Client Servicing Product Delivery team, where you’ll help transform ideas into impactful solutions for our clients and business partners. As an Associate Product Delivery team member, you will support Product Owners who oversee Client Servicing solutions. You’ll play a key role in planning and team optimization, helping deliver products that drive value across the organization. Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate planning sessions, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate governance and cabinet meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Maintain accurate initiative/epic data in Jira and support roadmap development
  • Track dependencies and partner across products and lines of business to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor progress and report updates, maintaining Objectives and Key Results
  • Champion Jira best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, or a related domain
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Foundational knowledge of the product development life cycle, including planning, requirements definition
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking milestones, dependencies, and progress
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Innovative mindset with a supportive approach to team collaboration and problem-solving
  • Ability to train others and effectively introduce new ways of working and process improvements
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Ability to optimize team processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Developed knowledge of OKRs, KPIs, and dashboard reporting
