You will work closely with internal JPM Private Client peer groups and partners across the Consumer and Community Bank and Asset & Wealth Management Lines of Businesses to plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives.
As a Private Client Business Practices Program/Project Manager within the JPMorgan Private Client Business Practices Team, you will be an emerging leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a willingness to “roll up their sleeves” in a wide variety of activities.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with function and product leads to help with effective adoption of change through communication, training, procedures and other tools
- Support the needs of a growing business through prioritization and transparency, including ownership of a change calendar. Utilize storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex process improvement strategies and changes to diverse stakeholders, influencing decision-making and fostering understanding.
- Project Management: Manage smaller projects supporting the JPMorgan Private Client agenda and the implementation of processes and controls.
- Project Management: Define direction of owned or cross impacting projects by navigating through a matrixed environment and/or ambiguous environment
- Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, peers, and subject matter experts. Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem-solving and identify business solutions.
- Have 5 years’ experience within retail banking with roles focuses within Process Management, Project Management, Strategy, or Business Management roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help drive decisions.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must.
- Be a team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
- Demonstrate to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Ability to effectively influence without direct authority. Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and experience working within Control framework and platforms (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Education: BA/BS degree required
- Experience: 5 years’ experience within retail banking with roles focuses within Process Management, Project Management, Strategy, or Business Management roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to help drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must.
