As a Personalization Product Manager - Vice President in Personalization & Customer Insights Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Unleash your expertise in product strategy, development, and people leadership as the Personalization Product Manager — Vice President within Personalization & Customer Insights on the Data & ML Platform. You will set the vision and lead delivery for agentic AI solutions and human‑readable summaries of customer information—powered by LLMs—that make banking simple, human, and personal for both customers and associates. Grounded in user research and product analytics, you will translate insights into clear roadmaps and outcomes that scale across mobile, web, contact center, branch, and marketing channels.
In this role, you will lead product managers and cross‑functional teams, partnering with Data Scientists and ML Engineers throughout the model development lifecycle to design, build, and iterate on AI‑driven automation. You will steward API‑first capabilities on AWS, define requirements and user stories, and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality targets from discovery through launch and continuous optimization. Collaborating closely with design, technology, and line‑of‑business partners, you will convert complex data into concise, human‑readable summaries and intelligent experiences that empower bankers to serve customers better and help customers understand their financial information at a glance. Your leadership will drive responsible, customer‑centric innovation that delivers tangible value at scale.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proven product management leadership delivering AI-powered products to production in customer-facing environments, with close collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers across the model development lifecycle
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management (epics, user stories, refinement, PBR, JIRA)
  • Demonstrated experience defining and shipping agentic, AI-driven assistants and automation, including LLM-powered human‑readable summarization of customer information
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to use user research, journey mapping, and product metrics to inform strategy and drive outcomes to time, cost, and quality targets
  • Excellent people leadership: mentoring product managers, leading cross‑functional teams, and influencing partners across Product, Design, Technology, and Lines of Business
  • Structured, strategic thinker and an effective communicator with excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience stewarding API‑first capabilities on AWS with modern service integrations, and partnering across channels (mobile, web, contact center, branch, marketing)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Hands‑on experience with AI/ML and LLMs in production workflows (e.g., assistants, summarization), including partnering on prompt design, model evaluation, and iteration
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong knowledge of current digital banking trends and customer experience patterns
  • Experience with digital marketing relevant to personalization
