The Global Request for Proposal Group is responsible for creating the documents which articulate J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s unique value proposition and brand commitments to clients around the world. The Global Request for Proposal Group plays a key role in both the acquisition of new business and the retention of valuable existing clients, through the completion of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for Institutional and Wholesale/Retail clients and distributors of JPMAM’s products and services, including Consultants. This team works closely with our Product Investment Specialist and Client Advisor partners to create, curate and maintain these client documents.

  • Adhere to approved review, compliance, and record-keeping procedures
  • Implement demand governance procedures to control and improve the production and success rates of RFPs completed by the team
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ differing needs and sophistication levels to craft appropriate responses
  • Collaboration with colleagues in JPMAM offices globally is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to delivering high-quality content and solutions

  • The ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. The candidate should be able to work both as part of a collaborative global team and on their own initiative, with sensitivity to different cultures and working styles
  • A solid grounding in the financial markets and an understanding of basic financial concepts, as well as knowledge or experience in the U.S. Equity asset class are critical, along with an awareness of business risk and compliance procedures
  • Leadership skills with the candidate expected to demonstrate a professional, positive, and mature attitude at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate to advanced level is necessary
