As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate in the Payments Marketing team, you lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that support driving digital adoption for existing retail bank and/or cardmembers across our banking, commerce and proprietary payment products. You collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to deliver creative solutions and drive business growth. Job responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and creative development for payment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage campaign execution from planning to deployment and results analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies
- Coordinate branding efforts for trusted device initiatives
- Drive business case creation and campaign approvals
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign requirements
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure project alignment
- Oversee creative development and ensure consistent messaging
- Support process improvements and best practices
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and partners
