Embedded Payments enables our clients to manage payment activities from marketplace sellers and SaaS customers through digital experiences powered by J.P. Morgan. By leveraging our robust digital financial services, clients unlock the value of their networks to deliver differentiated, compliant, and scalable experience As part of the Client Solutions team, you directly contribute to the commercial success of the Embedded Payments organization by shaping industry‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, partnering with coverage and product teams, and engaging directly with clients and prospects to convert opportunities into results.
- Leads the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
- Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
- Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
- Serve as a trusted advisor, developing deep industry knowledge and product fluency to propose compelling, viable client solutions that accelerate time-to-value and revenue.
- Lead discovery and solution design with clients: assess current-state processes, define target-state solution and funds flows
- Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations to both technical and business stakeholders, clearly articulating value, capabilities and trade-offs.
- Identify embedded payments opportunities by industry; define go-to-market approaches across major platforms/SaaS providers, value propositions, and product viability/gaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Implementation) to guide deals through stages and ensure smooth onboarding and launch.
- Collaborate with Go to Market and Marketing on industry-specific campaigns and thought leadership to amplify awareness and demand.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a related broad set of products
- Demonstrated ability to apply a deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain
- Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Learn quickly and map complex product capabilities and map them to client opportunities; strong problem framing and solution storytelling.
- Communicate exceptionally and manage stakeholders effectively—effective with CTOs, architects, product leaders, as well as risk, legal, and operations partners; tailored messaging that lands.
- Lead as a team‑first owner who shows initiative, rallies cross‑functional partners, stays resilient through ambiguity and setbacks, and consistently delivers measurable results
