Vice President, Consumer Experience Product Manager - Lifestyle

As Vice President, Consumer Experience Product Manager within Lifestyle, you will be responsible to build and scale our affiliate and partner-driven offers program. This role will define the strategy, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution to connect customers with relevant merchant offers through affiliate networks and direct partnerships. You will be accountable for end-to-end performance—from partner onboarding and offer setup to tracking, attribution, optimization, and controls—while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and measurable outcomes for our brand partners.
- Define the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for affiliate-driven offers and commerce media monetization.
- Size opportunities, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that drive incremental revenue, customer engagement, and merchant value.
- Establish and evolve the operating model spanning affiliate networks, direct merchant relationships, and data integrations.
- Translate affiliate opportunities into customer-centric offer experiences; define placement strategy, eligibility rules, guardrails, and personalization inputs.
- Convert strategy into initiatives, epics, and user stories; manage the backlog and lead sprint planning with Technology, as well as identify and engage cross-impacted teams to prioritize work
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, Risk & Controls, Legal, and Operations.
- Create and champion new ideas and use cases by getting feedback from internal stakeholders, user research, customer feedback loops and analyzing the competitive landscape
- Refine and prioritize stories, as well as manage sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams for consumer experience requirements
- Partner with Analytics to implement robust experimentation, incrementality measurement, and guardrail metrics.
- 6+ years in digital product management for consumer products or partner or affiliate programs in ecommerce, financial technology, advertising technology, or performance marketing.
- Proven success building roadmaps and launching products that drive engagement and acquisition.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience with experiment design and performance diagnostics.
- Ability to make data‑driven decisions; comfort using product analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior leaders and partnering across teams.
- Experience working directly with technology teams to translate requirements and user stories into delivery plans and estimates.
- Strong organization and project management; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to identify execution needs and remove obstacles in a fast‑moving environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization.
- Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, data flows, and measurement.
- Experience coordinating with operations, servicing, and controls partners to align the roadmap.
- Working knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking models.
- Experience with experimentation and incrementality measurement at scale.
