Local Marketing Strategist, Senior Associate -Consumer Bank

As a Local Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the One Chase Distribution Marketing team, you will help build, plan, execute and optimize strategic marketing initiatives designed to achieve 15% deposit share across all branch markets. You will combine hands-on campaign management expertise with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver business growth and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and project-manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns (sponsorships, social, PR, new build support, sales tools) aligned to business objectives.
- Integrate market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform campaign design and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with Field/Sales, Brand, Communications, Events, and Analytics teams to ensure campaign and strategic alignment.
- Define campaign and strategic goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
- Identify new growth opportunities, emerging channels, and innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
- Produce post‑campaign and strategic initiative reports with performance insights and recommendations.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver on scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee team project management, including writing and presenting business cases, and managing budgets and timelines.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications and/or financial services field/sales
- Strong presentation, communication and writing skills; able to build a strong business case, present and defend ideas and constructively optimize feedback
- Highly self-motivated individual with a strong and creative solutions orientation; thinks outside the box and is able to flex and pivot as needed; excels at thinking holistically
- Superior project management, problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - relationship development and negotiating skills and ability to work across multiple lines of business with colleagues at all levels
