Product Delivery Lead, Payment Experiences and Services

Be at the heart of transforming visions into services that support the Banking Payments space, while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. In this dynamic environment, you will ensure smooth product delivery and drive operational excellence.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Payment Experiences and Services (PxS), you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities
  • Manages end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Responsible for clean, accurate data into systems of record (e.g. JIRA, Align, Book of Work)
  • Work with Agility Office to scale best practices and standards within the portfolio
  • Manage agile metrics for the team by leading team reviews, quarterly planning, ongoing reporting, and development of interpretive commentary to accompany metrics
  • Maintain deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical implementation, operations, and reporting
  • Partner with the Agility Leads in driving continuous improvement to reduce waste, drive efficiencies, and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
  • Manage intake requests after items have been vetted for the product and its prioritization, key dependencies and risks across the product delivery life cycle
  • Communicate product portfolio’s progress and escalate risks to all stakeholders through reporting such as Monthly Business Reviews and Product Backlog Refinement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders (e.g., heads of product, engineer leaders) and driving informed decisions
  • Strong knowledge of engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and metrics to shape and lead delivery
  • Strong understanding of product delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Must be able to concisely explain complex issues and possess a strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study

  • Experience with large program management and working with multiple teams
