As a Vice President of Community Marketing Campaign Management, you will lead the creative development and execution of initiatives that positions Chase as the trusted leader in financial advice and education for consumer segments. Through Chase Money Skills, you will unify and scale financial health content, build brand equity, improve discoverability, and drive measurable customer engagement. You will be responsible for optimizing and elevating Chase Money Skills workshops and ensuring the financial education curriculum is tailored to help consumers progress along their financial journey.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the creative development and execution of Chase Money Skills workshop, activities, and marketing materials
Own continuous improvement of Chase Money Skills workshops, including curriculum materials, facilitator guides, marketing materials, delivery format optimization (in-person, virtual, hybrid), and quality assurance.
Ensure rigorous adherence to firm controls and regulatory requirements across all educational content and campaigns by partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk/Control Management, and Brand; manage approvals, disclosures, record retention, accessibility standards, and audit readiness.
Tailor financial education curriculum to key consumer journey stages (e.g., foundational money management, credit building, savings and goal setting), ensuring relevance by segment and life stage.
Integrate educational content across consumer and field touchpoints to deliver a consistent, seamless message and cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
Establish content operating models and workflows for efficient production (e.g., learning & development briefs, review cycles, agency engagement)
Manage agency/vendor relationships, scopes, and budgets; negotiate timelines and deliverables; ensure on-time, on-budget execution with quality controls.
Monitor and track community field considerations; optimize content and workshops to address emerging financial topics and consumer needs.
Present campaign plans, performance readouts, workshop insights, and action plans to partners, stakeholder and leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign development, or content creation.
Expertise in developing and executing content for learning & development environments, digital, print, and event channels.
Passion for advancing financial inclusion and making a positive social impact.
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
Strong skills in strategic planning, multi-tasking, and prioritization.
Ability to execute marketing projects and content with precision and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High energy, solutions-oriented approach to managing multiple initiatives.
Proven relationship development and negotiation skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
MBA
Experience in financial services marketing, including debit or credit products.
Agency-side marketing experience.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in audience segmentation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
Creative and innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
