Card Installments GM and Strategy Senior Associate

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to support go-to-market and launch of new card-linked, point of sale installments programs (Chase Pay Over Time At Checkout) with key cobrand and strategic partners and manage key relationships with partners.
This position sits within the Credit Products team, a key business within Chase’s Card organization dedicated to meeting the borrowing and financing needs of our customers. This role is a significant blend of internal and external stakeholder management, general business management, and strategy.
Job Summary
As a Senior Associate within the Credit Products team, you would be responsible for supporting end-to-end management of critical partner relationships, actively managing pricing, risk, marketing, controls, operations, customer service, external and internal reporting, UX (in partnership with Product), and more. Position is highly cross-functional and requires strong skills in stakeholder management and communications to support leadership updates as the face of the program internally at Chase and externally with partners. Role also involves supporting broader go-to-market activities for new partners, including contractual negotiations, competitive landscape analysis, business case development, and roadmap / strategy development.
Job Responsibilities
Support end-to-end management of Partner relationships, including but not limited to: marketing, profitability/risk, operations/customer experience, reporting, and controls
Support representation of the program internally at Chase and externally with Partners (key updates/progress, strategy, performance, BURs and steering committee meetings)
Lead critical, strategic, cross-functional workstreams to develop the partnership pipeline, successfully launch new products, drive customer adoption and optimize business performance
Play a key role in Product Discovery activities to ensure we build/enhance our products to serve business, merchant, and customer needs
Drive P&L decisions including risk, pricing, and business case / modeling; measure, track and validate value add of products to Chase and Partner
Work closely with marketing and PR teams to drive program / offers awareness with existing Chase cardmembers and create strategies for deepening engagement
Ideate the strategy, define metrics for success and track key business KPIs, and collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the strategy
Drive audit readiness and own / create appropriate procedures working closely with legal, risk, compliance, and controls partners
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's Degree required
Communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders, and can lead through strong collaboration
2+ years of relevant strategy or marketing experience
2+ years experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Understanding of card business and key profit and loss drivers
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Consumer lending or related product or strategy experience
Experienced in managing strategic partnerships
Intellectual curiosity, customer-first mindset, and passion for building new and innovative products and campaigns
Ability to champion the business and the partner in internal discussions
