Job summary
As a member of the Electronic Client Solutions team—the client-facing organization for our automated Cash Equities capabilities—you will build, manage, and deliver industry-leading solutions across algorithmic execution, automated liquidation, analytics, and low-latency trading. Partnering closely with Sales, Prime Brokerage, Product, and Trading, you will own client engagement, define and track KPIs, and drive cross-functional initiatives that increase electronic adoption, volume, and client satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage target lists and pipelines across Prime Brokerage, Sales, and Equities Trading; track progress against revenue and growth goals.
  • Maintain proactive, regular dialogue with client trading and decision-making stakeholders to deepen relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Define, measure, and report client KPIs (e.g., benchmark execution quality, latency objectives, liquidity capture) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to maximize electronic volumes and deliver high-availability, low-latency trading products and connectivity.
  • Initiate and sponsor end-to-end client solutions, collaborating with Product, Sales, Technology, and Legal from scoping through delivery.
  • Contribute as an integral member of the electronic coverage team to ensure a consistent, positive client experience.
  • Monitor client execution performance and escalate or remediate issues to safeguard outcomes and satisfaction.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for owning new, cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Technology, Legal, Compliance) and external parties (clients, vendors).
  • Strong understanding and/or experience with Equities automated execution products.
  • Knowledge of US equity liquidity and market structure, including exchanges, ATS/alternative venues, algorithmic trading, and direct market access.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior technical experience with data and analytics reporting tools and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of synthetic prime brokerage and swap trading solutions.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, 55 (or ability to obtain).
