As a Vice President on the Investment Banking & Wholesale Credit Risk Executive Content team, you will support a variety of strategic projects that help our senior executives run a best-in-class Risk Management & Compliance organization. You will be responsible for managing executive content for leadership meetings, planning, strategy offsites, and contributing to ongoing analysis and presentations that inform decision-making. In addition to providing executive support, you will help set standards and promote best practices for developing clear, concise, and impactful presentations across Risk Management & Compliance. You will have exposure to a diverse set of topics and credit risk areas, as well as opportunities to influence strategy, find creative solutions and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the credit risk executive content, partnering with presenters and data providers and centrally coordinating updates to executive content.
- Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translating analysis into executive content, narratives and infographics.
- Prepare visually clear materials and consolidate impactful presentations and data analysis for senior leaders to inform decision-making; maintain a reusable library of standard pages and exhibits.
- Maintain executive communication guidelines in partnership with Firmwide Risk Executive Content teams; define style guides, checklists, and quality standards.
- Deliver on a variety of projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and discipline.
- Partner with a diverse network of stakeholders spanning across levels and businesses/functional groups in the credit risk organization.
- Exercise strong judgment, demonstrate problem solving skills, and recommend practical actions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of professional experience extracting and analyzing financial data and translating it into executive content
- Extensive knowledge of credit risk management and credit risk reporting tools
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior-level executives
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders, and prepare executive-level communications on complex, nuanced concepts
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to articulate and execute on strategic objectives
- Expertise in designing high-quality presentations, translating complex information into clear, impactful messages
- Strong data analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative, has a proactive mindset, and drives results independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in PowerPoint, and advanced skills in Excel, and Teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understands the evolving market and operating environment, including key Risk Management & Compliance concepts
- Data visualization skills and familiarity with Wdesk, Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, etc. a plus
