  • Dive deep into campaign strategies to optimize targeting, creative, placement strategy, and frequency caps; size performance impacts of changes and report outcomes to leadership
  • Monitor weekly and monthly results to detect significant changes; investigate root causes, strengthen channel strategy, create tools to diagnose issues, and leverage AI solutions to summarize performance shifts
  • Review marketer requests for entry into the channel, ensuring campaigns exceed performance benchmarks before launch
  • Develop a forecasting model, partner with dedicated teams to build the solution, and identify AI use cases to automate optimization processes and reduce manual effort

Required qualifications, capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, marketing analytics)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing analytics, performance measurement, and experimentation in web or app channels

  • Reporting and diagnostics proficiency to monitor weekly and monthly results, detect significant changes, build tools to investigate root causes, and leverage AI solutions to summarize performance drivers efficiently
  • Product and analytics-led solution design to translate performance questions into clear requirements, define KPIs and success criteria, and partner with dedicated teams to build forecasting, reporting, and automation solutions
  • Executive communication skills to develop and present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and LOB partners, including decisions and their rationale
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management, problem-solving, and business judgment to balance speed, governance, and performance outcomes
