J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a new Associate for the Field Marketing Team to be able to deliver the white glove service, strategic consultation and new program development required to support our advisors and the future growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join this best-in-class team.

As a Field Marketing Associate in Wealth Management, you will join a team who serves ~700 advisors and support staff in 45+ offices across the country to develop their marketing strategy. You will be organized, data-driven, creative, curious and agile in the ability to concurrently serve advisors while also working on large projects that help the team deliver programs to the business. You will have a spirit of hospitality to care for advisors they way they care for clients. You will work closely with peers on the team including a Vice President of Field Marketing, a Senior Associate of Field Marketing, and an Associate of Field Marketing, in addition to agency/vendor partners, and internal partners in digital, social media, Public Relations, content and other marketing functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own assigned territory in advisor coverage model
  • Work directly with advisors in a data-driven service model including consultations, demos, and other assistance
  • Set up advisor meetings, keep records of outreach scope, plan market visits
  • Pull advisor business stats and marketing history in prep for meetings, prepare documents used by team when meeting with advisors
  • Help maintain intake form database and files by region and advisor as well as tracking of head/teamshots, bios, value props

  • Assist with various metrics, analytics and data needs for the Advisor & Field Marketing team to create dashboards and reports to management
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of advisor websites, working hand in hand with Field Marketing colleagues and the Digital Sales team, as well as the website vendor
  • Help track collateral usage through record keeping, inventory management, order management
  • Help support advisor email, newsletter, content and engagement projects with extended team and provide support to team leaders on ongoing business projects
  • Become a reliable source of support for measurement, metrics, dashboards, audits and other data-driven needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2 plus years of entry-level marketing experience, ideally in an advisor channel wealth management model
  • Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Agile in the ability to pivot between communicating with advisors and internal marketing colleagues, scheduling work accordingly
  • Ability to interface with very senior executive-level advisors appropriately
  • Able to give and take feedback in an ongoing manner
  • Bachelor's Degree required
