As we build out the Open Banking business, we are seeking a dynamic senior associate to join our Business Management Team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Associate on the Business Management team, you will be in a high visibility and high impact role. You will help build out management routines, own the end-to-end coordination of reporting deliverables, and drive the development of ad hoc strategic projects.

The Chase Open Banking team is committed to empowering customers to share their financial data securely, safely, and transparently within the Open Banking ecosystem. Our mission is to deliver market-leading platforms that enable aggregators and direct connectors to securely access customer-permissioned data. We support our Chase customers’ ability to access their financial data and have full control and visibility in sharing it securely with the apps and companies they choose.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create executive level presentations using PitchPro+

  • Coordinate the creation of monthly business review packages

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization

  • Develop executive communications and senior-management level reporting

  • Design and drive adoption of best practices

  • Drive the completion of high-impact special projects

  • Drive Project Management and ongoing tracking of follow ups and risks

  • Create and maintain the infrastructure needed to support a new organization (Teams sites, onboarding guides, confluence pages)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 4+ years of business management or relevant experience

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing executive level communications and presentations

  • Exceptional prioritization skills - ability to prioritize multiple short-term tasks and long-term projects

  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven experience creating high-quality presentations

  • Ability to execute multiple projects with diligence and urgency

  • Demonstrated track record of speed, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Strategy or management consulting experience

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
