On this team, you will be supporting the strategy, development, and execution of paid social media campaigns for Payments and Markets and Securities Services across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
As a Paid Social Senior Associate within Corporate Investment Banking, you will be a core contributor to the team, partnering closely with Media Campaign Strategy leads, marketing stakeholders, and external partners to translate briefs into effective paid social activations. You will help shape channel strategy and tactics within approved media plans, identify and execute test-and-learn opportunities, and manage campaigns end-to-end; from setup and launch through optimization and reporting with a clear focus on performance and operational rigor.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (primarily LinkedIn; additional platforms i.e. Meta as applicable) across Payments and Markets and Securities Services initiatives, aligned to campaign objectives and KPIs
- Own day-to-day campaign management from brief intake and trafficking requirements through launch, pacing, optimization, and wrap reporting, partnering closely with Integrated Media leads
- Develop tactical recommendations and testing plans (audiences, bidding, creative variants, flighting, landing pages) to improve performance against awareness and lead-gen goals
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and platform partners (e.g., LinkedIn) to align on targeting approach, best practices, and activation plans.
- Support measurement and reporting by maintaining dashboards and weekly status updates, summarizing performance vs. benchmarks, and capturing learnings and next-step optimizations.
- Coordinate with creative partners to ensure assets meet specs, align to messaging/content strategy, and are delivered on time; contribute ideas for new formats and creative approaches.
- Manage execution with internal/external partners (agency and vendors) including timelines, deliverables, and QA to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Operate within controls, Legal, and Compliance requirements by completing required reviews, documenting approvals, and adhering to line-of-business and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to broader team initiatives such as competitor/peer research, platform capability reviews, and process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B digital media for large, multi-brand organizations
- Hands-on experience buying, optimizing, and managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn required; Meta and other platforms a plus)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including measurement, benchmarking, and campaign performance reporting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project and stakeholder management, including planning, prioritization, follow-through, and cross-functional communication
- Self-starter with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and naturally curious; comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of LinkedIn ads manager/business manager
- Knowledge of Sprinklr for paid campaign executions
