Business Solutions Manager, Media Strategy and Enablement

Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) is a specialized department that is responsible for designing and delivering new media capabilities (e.g., Multi-Touch Attribution, Cookie-less Targeting, journey-based media targeting techniques). We leverage this experience to accelerate development of automation and AI tools that unlock more Media Team productivity - to respond and iterate faster, take on more volume, and measurably improve effectiveness over time.
As a Business Solutions Manager-Senior Associate on the Media Strategy and Enablement (MSE) team, you will be accountable for supporting the organization and facilitation of various MSE deliverables in effort to remove duplicative efforts, streamline capacity, and efficiently run our growing team. You are a key point of contact for our department, our larger Paid Media Team and supporting partners such as Performance Marketing, Finance, Product, etc. Your responsibilities include driving the strategic direction, delivering and tracking measurable results, operational efficiency, and financial budgets for the MSE department.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a connection point for cross department workstreams and support inter-departmental discussions as this expert when necessary
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement into BAU routines
- Manage new hire onboarding, leveraging R&Rs, tech requirements, key stakeholder contact lists, and any additional knowledge sharing for new hires joining the firm
Lead workflow management by flagging friction points across departments and teams and contribute to problem solving
Future-proof workflows for the department by supporting the change management of tech and automation capabilities
Track controls/procedures discussions and lead/delegate deliverables as needed
Templatize workstreams for the department to enable proper tracking and consistency
Manage executive level deliverables, including: BURs, OKRs and capacity planning
Manage the MSE marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking spend and working with our counterparts in Marketing Finance and Product
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

5+ years of marketing and business management experience.
Creative problem solver who can lead team members to utilize a similar mindset and approach
Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can deliver on actionable change
Ability to plan and oversee execution of department wide projects from conception to deployment, including setting timelines, organizing and managing key meetings, asset and resource management., reporting, etc.
Exceptional partnering skills required to navigate a large organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Marketing Management, Business Management or Agency Operations experience is preferred
Familiarity with Agile or Lean marketing methodologies
Advanced skills in Excel is essential
Experience in Financial services and/or highly regulated categories preferred
