Join Chase Media Solutions and help bring new products and enhancements to market with speed and quality. You will partner across Product, Technology, and go-to-market teams to deliver launches that drive growth and improve client and user experiences.
As an Associate Project Manager in Chase Media Solutions, you manage end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and new product launches. You coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology to keep plans on track and ensure launch readiness. You monitor risks, drive clear communication, and support continuous improvement after release.
Job responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of product enhancements aligned to business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across delivery phases from inception through post-launch.
- Define success metrics and track outcomes that support revenue growth and customer experience.
- Coordinate testing, quality checks, and documentation to support launch readiness.
- Drive cross-functional release readiness, including issue management and stabilization activities.
- Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating training materials, playbooks, and launch documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication across Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Technology teams.
- Track progress, risks, and key performance indicators; provide regular updates to leadership.
- Manage escalations during launch and support monitoring of deployment and system health.
- Capture learnings and support roadmap iteration and ongoing maintenance after launch.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of project management experience in product delivery, launches, or technology programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using common project methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to partner effectively with product and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
