This role requires hands-on social media management, thought leadership, creative experience (including the Adobe Creative Suite), strong organizational skills, and stakeholder management.
As a Social Media Manager, Senior Associate within Commercial & Investment Bank you will manage and execute our integrated Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing social media strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining social media content calendars, collaborating across teams and regions, supporting events, and using metrics to measure and optimize our social media impact.
Job responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain social media content calendars for LinkedIn, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery for audiences.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content that supports Commercial & Investment Bank Marketing objectives, with a special emphasis on LinkedIn thought leadership and storytelling for regional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across global teams to gather content, align messaging, and ensure brand consistency.
- Support marketing efforts around regional and global events by creating and sharing social media content that highlights key moments, speakers, and outcomes.
- Use metrics and analytics to track social media performance, report on results, and optimize future content and strategies.
- Apply creative skills—including writing, design, video, and photography—to produce engaging social assets tailored to regional audiences.
- Ensure clear communication of social media strategies and performance to colleagues and stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Foster collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments to maximize the impact of social media initiatives globally.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with global agencies as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and content calendar organization, ideally supporting multiple regions.

Thought leadership and creative knowledge in writing, designing, editing, video production, audio production, and photography.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously across regions.
- Experience supporting events through social media content and promotion.
- Ability to use metrics and analytics to measure, report, and optimize social media performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global or multicultural teams.
- Passion for storytelling and the ability to highlight organizational achievements and values in a global context.
