We are seeking a talented marketer to define and implement affluent events and experiential marketing tactics that strengthen the Affluent Events value proposition. The role helps deliver impactful event marketing strategies by combining in-person event production, topical content marketing, and performance-driven sales and marketing.
As an Events & Experiential Marketing Manager in Consumer Bank, you'll own end-to-end event management for experiential events and sports & entertainment experiences serving deposit and investment clients. You'll be focused on client experience—designing events and experiences that meet financial needs and satisfy the passion points of affluent clients. You'll be customer-obsessed, results-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, able to influence others, and capable of thriving in a complex, fast-paced environment. You'll have proven events experience within a highly matrixed organization and collaborates across teams and functions to develop and deliver impactful event programs.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute event marketing strategies that drive client engagement and satisfaction across virtual and in‑person events.
Write and present strategic business cases to secure approval for event concepts and budgets.
Provide clear creative leadership across all event marketing touchpoints.
Maintain, communicate, and track event performance; partner with branch, sales, and analytics teams to drive and measure end‑to‑end program performance.
Ensure legal, compliance, risk, and control requirements are met and obtain all required approvals.
Think strategically and creatively, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and manage all details of event marketing strategy and execution.
Produce clear, compelling decks; proficient in deck creation.
Apply communications, digital marketing, and sales best practices to event strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
Maintain and prioritize a complex events calendar.
Collaborate with agencies to support events and partnerships.
Manage large event budgets and third‑party agencies and vendors.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Customer‑obsessed, results‑driven marketer with proven success delivering end‑to‑end experiential programs within a highly matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 plus years of demonstrated experience designing affluent client experiences that meet financial needs and align with client passion points.
- Strong strategic planning and creative leadership skills, paired with a hands‑on execution mindset.
- Ability to develop and present strategic business cases; proficient in creating clear, executive‑ready decks.
- Data‑driven approach with the ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and translate insights into program optimization.
- Effective collaborator with branch, sales, product, and analytics teams to drive end‑to‑end outcomes.
- Fluency in legal, compliance, risk, and control requirements in regulated environments; ability to secure required approvals.
- Proven budget ownership and vendor/agency management for large‑scale events and partnerships.

Proficiency with core marketing and collaboration tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, project management platforms) and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and to manage priorities across a complex events calendar.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial services, with exposure to deposit and investment client segments.
- Background in sports and entertainment partnerships, hospitality programs, or premium experiences.
- Familiarity with content marketing and performance marketing integration for events.
