DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead comprehensive financial and wealth planning analyses to identify and address High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Latin American (LATAM) clients' unique objectives, ensuring alignment with their long-term investment goals and family wealth structures, while using the Spanish language to validate the clients' current investment objectives and to prepare recommendations for appropriate investment products. Independently utilize advanced financial modeling and market analysis to tailor solutions that meet LATAM clients' evolving needs, and provide sophisticated advisory services on portfolio construction and investment strategies, communicating these strategies to clients in Spanish. Spearhead the management and strategic development of investment portfolios for HNW and UHNW Mexican clients, leveraging deep technical expertise in asset allocation across private equity, equities, fixed income, and derivatives to optimize returns in alignment with clients' risk profiles. Use the Spanish language to cultivate strong client relationships, effectively articulating complex investment concepts in Spanish and fostering trust to guide clients in achieving their financial aspirations. Independently develop and implement innovative investment strategies, drawing on expertise in global equity vehicles such as ETFs, stocks, and mutual funds, to enhance portfolio diversification and performance. Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Lending Advisors, and Client Service teams to deliver integrated financial solutions, ensuring a cohesive approach to client service and strategy execution. This position requires up to 25% international travel to Mexico to visit various client sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Investment Banking Associate/Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills: creating presentations for clients using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat PDF Pro; running portfolio analysis and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel; accessing economic news, financial market data/analytics, and price quotes using Thomson Reuters Eikon and Bloomberg Terminal; and comparing potential allocation strategies and generating multi-period projections based on complex market conditions using Monte Carlo Simulation analysis. This position requires experience with the following asset class products: Global Equities; Taxable and Emerging Markets Fixed Income; Mutual Funds and Liquid Alternatives; and Structured Products (including Phoenix Notes, Buffered Return Enhanced Notes, Callable Enhanced Market Plus, Annual Review Notes, Credit Linked Notes, Reverse Convertibles, and Dual Directional Buffered Equity Notes). This position requires oral, auditory, and written fluency in the Spanish language. This position requires the following licenses: SIE; Series 7; and Series 63.

Job Location: 270 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 25% international travel to Mexico to visit various client sites.

Full-Time. Salary: $160,000 - $160,000 per year.
