DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive the strategic vision and execution for Products. Design, construct, and manage solutions that drive overall engagement and drive business benefits. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior business leads and program leads. Translate business needs into technical and data requirements, epics, and user stories, driving customer-centric product development. Partner with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research. Direct data scientists to derive business insights using advanced data analytics tools and AI/ML capabilities. Leverage these insights to inform strategic decision- making and enhance the firm's competitive positioning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of the company's products and in specific data domains related to clients. Ensure product development aligns with business objectives. Manage multiple project work streams by setting challenging goals and achieving them through strategic planning and execution. Oversee day-to-day operations of teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Articulate complex ideas clearly to audiences and Influence decision-making processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in any field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Senior Consultant, Technology Strategy, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Developing and implementing technology strategies and leveraging transformative strategic initiatives within a global financial institution, leveraging advanced technologies like AI to drive industry-leading innovation and strategic growth; Managing high-impact projects across matrixed organizations and integrating modern technologies such as cloud based solutions or data driven insights into strategic initiatives to achieve successful business outcomes; engaging and influencing executives and key stakeholders via leadership updates, strategy documents, and working sessions to drive strategic alignment and secure executive sponsorship for high-impact initiatives; Leading and managing strategy teams to cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring the delivery of groundbreaking solutions that exceed organizational expectations; overseeing resource allocation and personnel actions for teams, optimizing team dynamics and driving strategic outcomes through expert decision-making, resulting in meeting program defined KPIs; conducting industry analysis using tools such as SWOT analysis or business intelligence dashboards and methodologies like due diligence or business case, with a focus on identifying emerging trends and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making and competitive positioning; Utilizing investment banking services for Private Equity firms and understanding how financial performance influences market discussions.
Job Location: 270 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel to other JPM facilities to meet with end users or workshops with the extended team.
Full-Time. Salary: $222,500.00-$300,000.00 per year.
