Step into the role of a Marketing Channels lead in Consumer Banking, accountable for driving incremental deposit (checking/savings account) growth from existing Chase households across Branded & Cobrand Card, Home Lending, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and Auto.

As a Cross Line of Business Marketing Senior Associate you will lead channel strategy, identifying opportunities to drive new accounts; including, channel expansion, improved user experiences, and identification of the “moments that matter,” personalizing and contextualizing the acquisition message. We’re seeking to grow our team with an intellectually curious, innovative marketing leader to focus on:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setting and lead the deepening channel strategy to grow new-to-Consumer Bank relationships, translating firm and household goals into a prioritized roadmap with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and governance
  • Identifying and sizing growth opportunities across channels and segments; building business recommendations and trade-offs to optimize for scale, profitability, and customer experience
  • Designing and driving test-and-learn initiatives in partnership with the cross-functional marketing team—defining target populations, offers, channel mix, measurement approach, and iteration plan to improve conversion through the deepening funnel
  • Developing a data-driven plan for where and how to introduce acquisition messaging during the customer journey across new and existing channels
  • Improving funnel performance and touchpoint effectiveness (chase.com, email, direct mail) by reducing customer friction/complexity and enhancing reach, frequency, targeting, and response rates
  • Influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders across the firm through structured narratives, executive-ready updates, and recommendations
  • Leveraging centralized performance reporting and insights to monitor portfolio trends and identify growth areas
  • Managing day-to-day initiatives across cross-functional partner groups in Campaign Management, Analytics, List, Product, and other Lines of Business to deliver outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 4+ years in marketing, growth, or lifecycle strategy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo
  • Demonstrated experience leading growth strategy / acquisition strategy / marketing strategy in a highly matrixed environment, driving alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Self-Motivated: Able to maintain focus and productivity independently, ability to problem-solve and find solutions to challenges before seeking help
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to structure problems, interpret performance drivers, and translate data into decisions or creative solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution (testing, launches, measurement, iteration) and manage multiple workstreams
  • Proactive Initiative: Ability to self-manage to drive path-forward, bringing leadership and stakeholders in when necessary
  • Executive communication: concise storytelling, clear trade-offs, and strong stakeholder management
  • Comfortable operating in an environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity
  • Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and curiosity
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
