Lead and elevate JPMorganChase’s Metro New York real estate portfolio, driving operational excellence across owned and leased properties. Partner with senior stakeholders and top-tier vendors to unlock value, manage risk, and deliver measurable service outcomes.
As an Assistant Regional Property Manager, on the Global Real Estate team, you will oversee third-party service provider teams in the day-to-day operation of Class ‘A’ commercial office properties in JPMorganChase’s Metro NY region, with a primary focus on Manhattan. You will develop relationships with the lines of business occupying this portfolio, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best in class service, improved employee experience and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee property operations to ensure best-in-class building performance, occupant experience, and service delivery.
Direct vendor and service provider management, setting SLAs/KPIs, monitoring performance, and enforcing contract compliance.
Strengthen risk controls, and compliance, ensuring regulatory, safety, and policy requirements are met across the portfolio.
Drive capital planning and project prioritization, developing business cases and coordinating approvals and delivery timelines.
Coordinate stakeholder governance, running routines with internal partners to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, and variance/action reporting.
Identify and deliver value-creation initiatives, such as space optimization, cost takeout, and revenue enhancement opportunities.
Produce executive-ready reporting, translating portfolio analytics into clear insights, decisions, and actions.
Support transactions and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions/dispositions, site selection, and major portfolio changes.
Coordinate multiple infrastructure and construction projects simultaneously, working closely with stakeholders to ensure completion on-time and on-budget
Tour the Metro NY portfolio, to develop and maintain personal relationships with our Clients on-the-ground and the teams who support them.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate portfolio management, asset management, or property management
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, variance analysis, and business case development).
- Experience managing capital projects and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.
- Working knowledge of risk, controls, and compliance expectations in a regulated environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and partnering across functions.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to produce executive-ready materials and reporting.
- Proficiency with portfolio and workplace tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate/CMMS systems).
