The Open Banking product team is leading the industry in enabling customers to easily and securely share their data across financial institutions and FinTechs, holistically manage their finances, and seamlessly control these permissions through Chase’s Security Center.

As a Vice President, AI for Product Team within Open Banking, you will be dedicated to evangelizing artificial intelligence to enhance work efficiency, accelerate product innovation, and deliver measurable results. You will architect the AI strategy, build a LLM knowledge lab, and champion AI adoption throughout the team. As a thought leader, you will challenge the status quo and uncover ambitious, high-impact AI opportunities that drive team productivity.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the AI strategy and roadmap for the Open Banking Product Team, with a focus on improving work efficiency and delivering measurable impact.
  • Establish and lead the Product Team AI Knowledge Lab, empowering team members to utilize generative AI for information discovery and problem-solving.
  • Drive increased AI adoption through targeted initiatives, comprehensive training, and effective change management.
  • Measure and track AI usage; set and monitor OKRs to ensure AI adoption contributes to team efficiency and business objectives.
  • Build deep expertise in existing AI tools within the firm and identify opportunities for integration and enhancement.
  • Promote AI usage by sharing compelling use cases, best practices, and success stories across the team and broader organization.
  • Create and maintain an AI Confluence page as a centralized hub for AI resources, documentation, and learning materials.
  • Design and deliver AI training programs to upskill the product team and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Translate data into actionable AI insights and powerful narratives for executive leadership, emphasizing ROI, strategic alignment, and productivity impact.
  • Stay on top of rapidly changing AI trends and identify opportunities for the product team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 7+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) delivering projects or technology applications, in product, data, AI, or engineering roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI use cases, patterns, and applications, with a proven track record of driving adoption and operationalizing AI strategies. Personal and professional experience successfully utilizing agentic AI.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Experience driving organizational change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align leaders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action; comfortable challenging the status quo and relentlessly pursuing outcomes in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Outstanding influencing and relationship-building skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-enabled products.
  • Strong data literacy and advanced analytical skills.
  • Open Banking domain expertise.
  • Experience building and scaling knowledge management platforms or AI resource hubs.
