As a Product Director in Document & Business Solutions, you lead delivery of capabilities that reshape the way our businesses operate and engage clients, tackling complex workflow and document management challenges with scalable solutions.

Document & Business Solutions delivers a seamless, intuitive, and personalized employee experience by supporting day‑to‑day needs across four core service areas: Employee Document Services, Logistics and Warehousing, Transportation (including executive vehicles and shuttle services), and Supplies and Merchandise. These services collectively form a critical part of the firm’s operational infrastructure.


Job responsibilities
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices including solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Establishes and scales product operating models that align Product, Engineering, Data, and Design around shared outcomes
  • Identifies and leverages emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to drive innovation and unlock new value
  • Partners closely with Operations leaders to understand end-to-end service delivery, workflows, and constraints, ensuring product solutions are practical, scalable, and embedded in day-to-day execution
  • Collaborates with Data and Analytics teams to define success metrics, monitor product performance, and leverage insights to inform roadmap prioritization and investment decisions
  • Translates operational feedback and data insights into clear product requirements and priorities, balancing customer experience, efficiency, risk, and reliability
  • Aligns stakeholders across Product, Operations, Data, and Technology to ensure shared understanding of outcomes, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven experience to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including to lead and execute agile sprints.
  • Experience operating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to translate business needs into action.
