As a Senior Associate, Field Development in JPMorgan Private Client, you will support the strategy and execution of a Relationship Manager center of excellence, including talent acquisition strategy, client advisory and sales training, and new Relationship Manager onboarding. You will partner across the Sales organization to deliver high-impact programming that develops exceptional Relationship Managers capable of building successful businesses through client acquisition and deepening.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the management and execution of Relationship Manager onboarding end to end, including knowledge and skills development, client experience, and controls-related processes.
  • Partner across the Sales organization to identify and execute against the learning needs of the team.
  • Develop high-impact programming that equips Relationship Managers to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead efforts to brand JPMorgan Private Client training collateral and resource sites.
  • Create slide templates and training materials to ensure an elevated, consistent learning experience aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage the execution of training logistics to ensure seamless delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of financial services experience with a strong consultative background.
  • Direct experience working with affluent clients and/or knowledge of the affluent wealth market.
  • Knowledge of key drivers of client management success in the affluent market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior management and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and execute with urgency.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization.
  • Intellectually curious, client-first mindset, team-oriented, and high energy level.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in learning and development, training design, or talent development.
  • Experience with training content creation and branding.
