As a Senior Product Associate in Consumer & Community Banking’s (CCB) Data & Analytics space, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
Data & Analytics is seeking a Product associate in Product Management, helping to lead Metadata Management, Data Modelling Solutions, Quality and Lineage. Drive organization wide platform strategy, and user interface development with a focus on large-scale product strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across the firm. The ideal candidate is a platform-oriented product leader with deep experience in cloud native infrastructure and strong understanding of enterprise-scale data systems.
Job responsibilities
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Partner with security, risk, governance to embed policy as code, access controls, and user entitlements features into the platform
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends in modern data stacks, AI driven data observability, and cloud native metadata management and governance standards
  • Lead adoption of metadata-driven experience across data ingestion, data transformations and consumption platforms
  • Define and evolve standard modelling practices, schema enforcements and lineage propagation across systems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven experience in product management at an executive level, within a large organization.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and product development skills.
  • Ability to manage up and drive consistent messaging across diverse portfolios.
  • Proven experience owning metadata platforms or similar data infrastructure capabilities
  • Strong grasp of data architecture principles, including APIs, streaming, batch, lineage, and modelling patterns
  • Experience partnering with compliance, security and governance stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
  • Experience with modern metadata management platforms
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration into data observability, quality, checks or intelligent alerting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
