As a Product Manager in Payments Data & Analytics team, You will augment the capabilities of our award-winning solutions and develop innovative products that delight our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, sales, and clients to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Contributes to an award-winning, AI-powered analytics and forecasting product that supports Fortune 500 Treasury teams and CFO organizations with decision-grade insights.
- Partners with clients and internal stakeholders (UI/UX, engineering, data science, and commercial teams) to translate user needs into clear product requirements, journeys, and prioritized backlogs.
- Drives product discovery and design using empathetic, data-informed problem solving; validate concepts through feedback, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
- Owns product strategy and prioritization by evaluating feature value vs. cost, aligning trade-offs to the product vision, and communicating rationale to stakeholders.
- Leads end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and adoption targets are met.
- Operates as a product owner accountable for outcomes, defining success metrics, monitoring performance, and continuously improving the product experience for internal and external users.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Execution-focused with a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, user research, requirements definition, and delivery.
- Exceptional problem structuring and communication skills, with experience preparing clear narratives and recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Proven experience in product management and/or product development within B2B payments, treasury, or adjacent financial products.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on ability to translate data into business value; proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL and Python (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and experience applying them to forecasting use cases (preferably cash flow forecasting).
- Familiarity with ERP and accounting software ecosystems, including how finance teams use these platforms and how products integrate with them.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
