As a Financial Health Strategy Director in the Center for Financial Growth & Innovation, you lead the strategy, commercialization, and scaling of firmwide financial health initiatives. You work closely with partners across lines of business, product, marketing, and field teams to translate strategy into market‑ready solutions with measurable impact. You help unify how we define, message, and advance financial health across the firm while influencing senior leaders and fostering a culture of innovation. Your work supports our mission to create meaningful, lasting financial progress for the customers and communities we serve.
Job Responsibilities
- Set firmwide financial health strategy, defining long‑term vision, priorities, and success metrics aligned to business and community outcomes
- Lead enterprise‑level strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution, balancing innovation, scalability, and impact
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, investment cases, and operating plans across lines of business
- Drive commercialization and go‑to‑market strategy for priority financial health initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, messaging, and market execution
- Shape and steward a unified financial health narrative, aligning enterprise strategy, product direction, and external positioning
- Partner with product, marketing, and field teams to operationalize strategy into market‑ready solutions and activation plans
- Conduct structured analysis of business models, customer needs, and ecosystem trends to inform strategic decisions
- Evaluate opportunities and tradeoffs, providing data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Align senior stakeholders around strategic direction, influencing decisions across a highly matrixed organization
- Communicate strategy and outcomes effectively through clear executive‑level storytelling and presentations
- Develop strategic talent and capabilities, mentoring teams to think systemically and operate with enterprise mindset
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, product strategy, management consulting, or related strategic roles
- Demonstrated experience setting and leading enterprise‑level strategies, including defining vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous or complex problems into clear strategic frameworks and execution plans
- Experience shaping or influencing enterprise‑wide priorities, roadmaps, or strategic narratives
- Demonstrated experience driving commercialization or go‑to‑market strategy in support of enterprise initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, including experience evaluating business models, market dynamics, and tradeoffs
- Track record of advising and influencing senior leaders with structured, data‑driven recommendations
- Experience working with consumer‑facing financial products, platforms, or initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level strategy presentations
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in consumer financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
- Go‑to‑market, marketing strategy, or field activation experience at enterprise scale
- Experience developing or leading an enterprise‑wide platform narrative or value proposition
- Background in financial health, financial inclusion, or consumer banking strategy
- Experience balancing social impact and commercial objectives within a business environment
