As Sr. Product Associate within GROW, you will contribute to the development of employee-facing product offerings in the talent & performance space by translating customer needs into high-quality, scalable product capabilities. You will act as a voice of the customer for your product area, partnering with design, engineering, data, and operations to deliver measurable improvements to user experience and business outcomes. This role supports product strategy and vision at the portfolio level while managing execution for a defined set of features, workflows, or product modules across the product life cycle.
Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

  • Maintains and develops a product backlog for assigned features/areas that supports the strategic roadmap.
  • Writes requirements, epics and user stories for assigned features/areas
  • Tracks key success metrics for assigned products or features; contributes to establishing KPIs and optimizing based on user feedback and data analysis
  • Participates in discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Supports release management and testing lifecycles for feature team/s
  • Assists in addressing defects/production issues and reporting requirements
  • Participates in Agile routines and applies best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Solid knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with launching or supporting product launches
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Understanding of AI concepts, machine learning models, and relevant tools
  • Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and Service Now a plus
  • Knowledge of data governance, consent management and regulatory standards a plus
  • Understanding of talent planning, employee profile data, skills taxonomy and AI-powered talent solutions a plus
