As a Senior Product Associate in Employee Experience, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how employees across the firm discover and interact with content and resources. You'll be embedded in a product quad — working alongside a Product Manager, engineers, UX, and analytics — to drive the migration and evolution of our content management platform, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is a fast-moving environment with a major migration milestone on the horizon, and you'll be contributing to work that spans web, mobile, and agentic channels, including feeding content to our AI-powered Employee Assistant and exploring prompt-based page creation to transform how content authors work.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports the Product Manager in identifying new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our employees through user research, discovery, and ongoing feedback
- Manages and maintains the product backlog, writing well-defined requirements, epics, and user stories that enable the engineering team to deliver with clarity and confidence
- Actively participates in scrum ceremonies, helping the team plan, prioritize, and deliver against the product roadmap
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new features across web, mobile, and agentic channels
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and surface features that improve the employee experience
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for platform changes, understanding the impacts on the employee journey, back-end systems, and ITE (Integrated Test Environment) cycles
- Partners closely with cross-functional teams to sequence and deliver product changes that optimize multi-channel content experiences
- Navigates ambiguous environments with curiosity and persistence, using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and direction
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience managing a product backlog and working with a scrum team
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
- Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and domains quickly
- Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise content management systems
- Familiarity with multi-channel content delivery (web, mobile, conversational/agentic)
- Exposure to AI-powered products or workflows, including generative AI or agent-based capabilities
- Understanding of content governance, taxonomy, and digital publishing workflows
