As a Product Associate in Employee Experience, you'll play a hands-on role in building and scaling personalization capabilities that shape how employees interact with content and resources across every digital touchpoint. Working within a product quad alongside a Product Manager, engineers, UX, and analytics, you'll be the connective tissue between the personalization platform team and the front-end and partner teams who bring those capabilities to life. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build personalization within EX — coordinating across web, mobile, and agentic channels to ensure the right experience reaches the right employee at the right moment.
Job Responsibilities
- Owns and maintains the personalization map — a living view of how personalization is deployed across each surface and touchpoint, organized by job to be done
- Coordinates with front-end and partner teams who consume personalization capabilities, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and implementation
- Supports the Product Manager in identifying new personalization opportunities through user research, discovery, and cross-team feedback
- Manages and maintains the product backlog, writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories that enable the engineering team to deliver with confidence
- Actively participates in scrum ceremonies, helping the team plan, prioritize, and deliver against the product roadmap
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new personalization features across web, mobile, and agentic channels
- Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for personalization changes, understanding the impacts on the employee journey and back-end systems
- Navigates a building-phase environment with curiosity and persistence, helping drive clarity across a landscape of homegrown and vendor-based tools
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience managing a product backlog and working with a scrum team
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across multiple teams and functions to drive alignment
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
- Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and domains quickly
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or other personalization and A/B testing tools
- Experience working with personalization strategies including audience segmentation, content targeting, or rules-based decisioning
- Exposure to multi-channel product delivery (web, mobile, conversational/agentic)
- Understanding of Jobs to Be Done or similar outcome-driven frameworks
