Business/Team Overview

JPMorganChase’s Talent Partnerships & Culture team is part of the company wide global marketing team, designing and delivering firmwide programs that connect our brands and businesses to culture, talent and tastemakers - including celebrities, musicians, artists, athletes, creators and influencers. We build strategic relationships across entertainment, sports, and media; support content and experiences; and activate paid and earned opportunities that extend reach and relevance for our leading financial products and services. Role Summary

Join the Influencer and Creator team within the broader Talent Partnerships & Culture group to lead socialfirst strategies that build brand awareness and support acquisition through highimpact creator partnerships. Role reports to the Head of Influencer & Creator Marketing and you will partner across the team and multiple lines of business at JPMorganChase, translating business objectives into programs that resonate on social and deliver measurable outcomes. Owning the full campaign lifecycle from sourcing through ROI analysis, you will identify talent, craft briefs, negotiate deliverables and contracts, oversee content and approvals, and optimize performance. You will cultivate meaningful creator relationships and align executions with business goals across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring every activation is onstrategy and onbrand. As the intheknow strategic advisor on new media, you will spot shifts in culture and platforms early, recommend testandlearn approaches, and guide stakeholders with clear rationale. You will work crossfunctionally with Marketing, Brand, Paid Media, Social, Content, and PR to bring concepts to life and integrate influencers into broader campaigns. The right candidate has a sharp cultural antenna, an eye for both established and emerging talent, and a knack for creative angles that spark attention and action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, own, and execute a comprehensive influencer/creator strategy that advances brand awareness and acquisition goals across lines of business.

  • Identify, negotiate, and nurture longterm partnerships with creators and talent managers, building a scalable roster aligned to brand and campaign objectives.

  • Lead endtoend campaign execution, including brief development, contract negotiation, product seeding, content guidelines and approvals, and compliance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Define KPIs, track performance (ROI, engagement, conversion), synthesize insights, and optimize partnerships and creative for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor platform shifts and cultural trends to proactively surface emerging creators, formats, and opportunities, and drive a testandlearn roadmap.

  • Collaborate with Line of Business leads and partners in Marketing, Brand, Paid Media, Social, Content, and PR to integrate influencer programs, align budgets, and ensure governance and consistency.

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, controls and regulatory oversight to ensure compliance with JPMC procedures and brand safety.

  • Manage external agency partners as our “arms and legs” to drive execution at scale.

Required Qualifications/Skills

  • 5–10 years leading influencer/creator campaigns within PR/Comms/Marketing, talent/entertainment, or brand partnerships; experience working with highly regulated and/or matrixed organizations is a plus.

  • Track record of bringing a lifestyle-first lens to traditional products, like financial services

  • Passion for connecting culture and lifestyle to authentically tell stories that elevate JPMorganChase products and services for current and future customers and communities.

  • Deep experience managing social talent, including sourcing, relationship management, and negotiating deliverables and contracts, with strong knowledge of legal and ethical considerations (disclosures, usage rights, compliance).

  • Proven track record of building trust with social talent, talent agencies, and internal stakeholders; executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling creative narratives.

  • Fluency in performance measurement, from defining what qualifies as a “win” to translating social metrics for non-social fluent stakeholders; rigorous ROI and analytics mindset.

  • Operates in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and followthrough across multiple concurrent workstreams and tight deadlines.

  • A collaborative, kind, lowego teammate who elevates others and wants to build meaningful work

  • Willing to travel domestically with occasional international travel.
