DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners. Evading end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination. Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Execute the product roadmap using Agile using Agile methodologies. Analyze product usage metrics, support user research, and apply insights to improve features and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Technology Management, Finance, Software Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Senior Consultant, Business Advisory Manager, Technology Consultant, Manager - Software Development, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Finance, Software Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Senior Consultant, Business Advisory Manager, Technology Consultant, Manager - Software Development, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Defining and managing the product roadmap for digital tools and platform components; Designing and executing large, complex software delivery initiatives; Translating advisor and client needs into platform features that automate and simplify investment management, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and regulatory compliance; Completing change management activities across functional partners to ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements; Developing consumer-facing or client-facing products in a microservices environment that deploys as a REST API in the context of portfolio management, trading, and tax optimization for financial products; Performing root cause analysis for software and operating model issues in conjunction with complex B2B (business-to-business) software platforms. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Using JIRA to define, prioritize, and track user stories and epics through the full development life cycle in an Agile environment from backlog grooming, through release tracking and post-release analysis.

Full-Time. Salary: $204,000 - $204,000 per year.
