Job Summary

As a Product Manager Co Branded Cards in our Co Branded Card team, you lead discovery and delivery of automation and agent-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and control readiness across the product lifecycle. You partner closely with design, data, engineering, operations, legal, risk, and compliance to build applications that are useful, trusted, and easy to adopt. You prioritize outcomes and measurable value, delivering minimum viable releases that scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Engage business users and customers to understand needs, map pain points, and validate solutions through rapid testing and feedback
  • Co-develop the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plan for applied generative artificial intelligence use cases
  • Translate complex processes into clear responsibilities across automation agents, tools, and people, including exception paths and approvals
  • Build and manage a business-outcome-driven backlog focused on performance, accuracy, value, and user experience
  • Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery milestones in an agile model
  • Embed responsible artificial intelligence practices from day one, including explainability, audit trails, testing, and control evidence
  • Drive alignment across business, finance, technology, architecture, operations, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, time saved, quality, accuracy, throughput, and operational risk exceptions
  • Lead change management with frontline and operations teams through training, enablement, communications, and feedback loops
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory expectations for data protection and usage
  • Monitor outcomes post-launch and continuously improve product performance, reliability, and usability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 or more years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or digital products
  • 2 or more years building or managing generative artificial intelligence products, autonomous workflows, or human-in-the-loop decision systems
  • Recent experience delivering applied artificial intelligence solutions in regulated or high-volume environments
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into clear requirements, operating steps, and measurable outcomes
  • Working knowledge of governance concepts such as controls, auditability, monitoring, and risk management for artificial intelligence systems
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to translate user needs into simple, high-impact product experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to prioritize, measure impact, and drive decisions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives with clear structure
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and iterative delivery expectations

(Optional) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master of business administration or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience in cards, payments, lending, or partner-based consumer financial products
  • Experience with software as a service products, data analytics products, or cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and product discovery methods
  • Experience designing operational workflows for frontline or back-office teams
  • Experience defining evaluation and quality frameworks for nondeterministic system behavior
  • Strong understanding of automation platforms and workflow orchestration patterns
