Public Relations & Communications Analyst, Chase Branded Cards

The Chase Card and Connected Commerce Communications team is seeking a communications analyst to support external communications for the Branded Cards business. This role is designed for an early-career professional interested in building foundational experience in public relations, media engagement and integrated communications.
As a Public Relations & Communications Analyst, Chase Branded Cards within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Communications team, you will support a high-performing team responsible for telling clear, credible and customer-focused stories about Chase’s credit card products and experiences. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute communications campaigns, manage media engagement and contribute to day-to-day external communications efforts.
Job responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical external communications and PR initiatives
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, social, brand, events, legal and controls) to help coordinate and execute campaigns across channels
- Assist with media and influencer engagement, including building media lists, drafting pitches and supporting event-based outreach
- Draft and edit external communications materials, including media pitches, press materials and social content
- Coordinate with PR agency partners on campaign execution and reporting
- Track and analyze media coverage, support reporting on campaign performance and help develop insights that inform future communications strategies
- Help maintain consistent messaging that supports and protects the firm’s reputation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 1+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field (internships included)

Strong interest in media relations, storytelling and consumer communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from cross-functional teams
- Clear and effective writer with strong attention to detail
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong collaborator with positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to effectively project manage
- Good judgment and professionalism when working across teams and with external partners; eagerness to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility over time
