- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Own and evolve the technical product vision and roadmap, focusing on clear value propositions and reusable platform capabilities
- Champion a “build once, configure everywhere” philosophy, designing features for reuse and leveraging asynchronous events
- Design and govern service-oriented, rule-driven architectures with clear domain boundaries, API contracts, and event-driven patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable technical outcomes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align platform strategy, articulate technical trade-offs, and ensure compliance with firmwide standards
- Drive platform health, resilience, and cost optimization through SRE practices, telemetry, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Demonstrate extensive experience in software product design and platform leadership, including defining value propositions, user journeys, and iterative roadmaps
- Build and scale reusable platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and shared services for consumption across multiple teams or lines of business
- Apply deep technical expertise in service-oriented architecture, API design, rule engines, decision management systems, and modern tech stacks (Java, Node.js, Python, cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD)
- Lead data architecture initiatives, including domain modeling, event sourcing, data lineage, governance, and workflow orchestration using BPM platforms
- Integrate and experiment with Applied AI/ML, supporting modernization efforts like microservices migration, legacy system decommissioning, and cloud adoption
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, influencing senior stakeholders, mentoring teams, and fostering innovation in a matrixed environment
- Deliver excellence in agile methodologies and product delivery, managing complex initiatives, implementing SRE practices, and ensuring high-quality, resilient solutions
- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- Experience in Financial services and know-how of Regulatory and Banking environment
- Played leadership role in past experience. Knowledge of data analytics, telemetry, and platform health metrics
- Exposure to audit and control frameworks: SOX, GDPR, data privacy, access controls, evidence capture.

Experience working in global, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
