If you're ready to bring your craft, curiosity, and competitive edge to one of the most iconic brands in the game, we want to meet you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with architecting high-impact media plans in close partnership with internal paid media teams and external agencies, translating business goals into campaigns that move the needle.
- Lead with thought leadership by proactively scouting new advertising opportunities, cultivating relationships with premier media partners, and bringing fresh, first-to-market ideas to the table.
- Own campaign performance by managing reporting, surfacing insights, and driving post-campaign optimization that informs what's next.
- Align media strategy to Line-of-Business (LOB) objectives and contribute meaningfully to the enterprise's broader learning agenda and best-practice playbook.
- Build the roadmap: develop clear timelines for media planning, reporting, and cross-functional projects that keep every workstream on track.
- Drive deliverables to the finish line – orchestrating next steps across teams to ensure on-time, on-quality execution against firm deadlines.
- Champion operational excellence with a sharp focus on controls, efficiencies, and continuous process improvement.
- Design the communication playbook: build repeatable procedures for internal and external communications that streamline requests and accelerate the flow of information across stakeholders.
- Manage media budgets and campaigns end-to-end within JPMorganChase's project management system, with precision and accountability.
- Partner with billing and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial management across all campaigns.
- Collaborate seamlessly with agency partners and business contacts to plan, execute, and elevate paid media activities from concept to completion.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Direct, hands-on experience leading Olympics sponsorship media with an IOC partner is required
- Proven mastery of complex, multi-channel campaigns: you've owned high-profile launches end-to-end and confidently steward the communications planning process from brief to brilliant execution.
- Exceptional relationship-builder and natural collaborator who earns trust quickly, builds credibility across all levels, and consistently drives business outcomes through influence.
- Gifted storyteller who can translate technical concepts and data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that resonate with non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Skilled organizational navigator with the partnering savvy to align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and move work forward inside a large, matrixed enterprise.
- Battle-tested project manager with a history of leading large-scale, high-visibility initiatives on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Comfortable in ambiguity – you don't wait for perfect information; you synthesize what's available, build a smart action plan, and move with confidence.
- Solutions-oriented problem solver who turns data into insight and insight into recommendations leadership can act on.
- Insatiably curious about emerging media opportunities, with a sharp eye for evaluating, curating, and championing what's next.
- Deep fluency in sports media, marketing, and partnerships, paired with genuine passion for sports, entertainment, and culture: you live where fandom and brand-building meet.
