Job summary

As an ICM Corporate Banking & Markets Relationship Executive, you will manage a global portfolio of strategic asset management and insurance clients, driving relationship coverage and delivering a broad suite of products and services across the JPMorganChase platform. You will oversee a complex credit and financing portfolio, including structuring, underwriting analysis, and transaction execution, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, KYC, legal, risk, and operational requirements for the client segment.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee a global portfolio of strategic asset management and insurance clients and lead day-to-day relationship coverage.
  • Drive senior-level client engagement across a wide array of JPMorganChase products and services, including Corporate Finance, SLF, Lending, Markets, Platform Sales and Global Payments, in partnership with coverage and product teams.
  • Partner across regions and product teams to deliver coordinated coverage and high-quality execution for clients.
  • Versed on key topics relevant to clients (e.g. market landscape, corporate finance, capital structure, commercial real estate, capital markets, rates and FX, and payments).
  • Understand client’s business, industry, and relationship with JPM.
  • Structure, analyze, and execute complex credit and financing transactions on behalf of the related client base.
  • Manage related credit portfolio oversight including underwriting, risk assessment, and ongoing credit monitoring across lending and financing exposures.
  • Coordinate regulatory, KYC, compliance, legal, risk, and operational requirements supporting this client segment in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze, present and manage client profitability.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • Strong coverage background across Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Markets businesses, with seasoned analytical, structuring, and transaction execution skills.
  • Essential credit background and experience across Corporate Finance, DCM, Lending, Global Payments, platform sales, hedging and markets-related activities.
  • Demonstrated sales and relationship-management experience with asset management and other financial institutions clients.
  • Proven ability to originate, position, and deliver products and solutions across DCM, SLF, lending, hedging, corporate advisory, Global Payments, and platform sales capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate complex concepts to senior audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of loan operations, KYC, credit documentation/agreements, and relevant legal, risk, and regulatory environments.
  • Series 79 and 63 licenses required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with and willingness to implement AI tools.
