Job Summary:
As a Small Business Card Product Strategy Manager in the Chase Card Services Small Business Card team, you help drive the strategy and management for Ink, our cash back card portfolio. You work closely with partners across finance, risk, marketing, product, design, and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver value to our customers. You analyze portfolio metrics, optimize product features, and influence decisions that enhance customer engagement and business performance. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the product line for small business rewards cards
- Analyze portfolio metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer benefits
- Develop and prioritize strategic initiatives for market share growth to optimize rewards value while managing expenses
- Evaluate investments and articulate benefits to stakeholders
- Define and refine customer segmentation and product features
- Monitor competitive trends and translate insights into action
- Influence and build consensus across teams
- Present ideas to educate and persuade stakeholders
- Develop product roadmap strategy based on portfolio performance and competitive landscape.
- Ensure adherence to risk and control expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 7+ years in financial product management with credit card experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience managing product strategy and P&L
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of improving experiences
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrixed environment
- Experience with data-driven portfolio analysis
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Commitment to risk and control standards
