The Trust and Security: Data, Decision & AI/ML organization is responsible for the data infrastructure, decisioning intelligence, and machine learning capabilities that power fraud detection and trust decisions across every Chase channel, product, and customer interaction. The Platform Adoption & Enablement team ensures that the platforms we build are actually used — and that the legacy systems they replace are retired safely and on schedule.
- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives

Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Set the adoption strategy for three platforms (T&S Data, T&S Decisioning, CCB AI/ML): onboarding model, success criteria, and measurable adoption KPIs
- Own a governed capability/data product catalog with clear ownership, SLAs, discoverability, and a straightforward consumption path for internal teams
- Publish “golden paths/paved roads” (opinionated end-to-end guides) to cut time-to-first-use from weeks to days, and track their usage
- Drive consumer success & enablement for key internal users (Fraud Strategy, Identity/AuthN, Payments, Ops, LOB apps) via playbooks, office hours, certifications, and scalable self-service docs
- Lead the Migration & Cutover Office to retire legacy fraud data systems: parity gates, shadow runs, migration scheduling/change management, and audit/model risk/regulatory evidence packages
- Act as the product voice and comms lead across consumers, platform build leads, and control partners (Risk/Compliance/Engineering); deliver exec reporting and lead/develop a team of adoption and migration PM/BA/analyst roles
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
Demonstrated track record of defining and executing platform adoption strategies, including golden paths, feature catalogs, consumer onboarding programs, and self-serve documentation
Experience leading or contributing to large-scale platform migrations, including defining parity criteria, managing consumer cutovers, and producing evidence packages for audit or regulatory review
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting on adoption health metrics: NPS, time-to-first-use, onboarding velocity, and feature utilization
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — proven ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear consumer value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working in a large, matrixed financial services organization with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering
Proven ability to manage and develop cross-functional product teams
Bachelor's degree

Experience enabling adoption of data platforms, ML platforms, or fraud and risk decisioning systems at a major financial institution or high-scale technology company
Familiarity with data product catalog tools and platform discoverability frameworks — including feature catalogs, data contracts, and schema governance
Experience with platform product management frameworks, including Team Topologies, Platform-as-a-Product operating models, and developer experience (DevEx) measurement
Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements applicable to legacy platform retirement in a regulated financial services environment
