DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Sell products with value to the firm as well as build a strong pipeline. Execute a comprehensive selling strategy in conjunction with Product and Banking coverage officers. Collaborate with client service, compliance, operations, technology, risk, credit, legal in order to optimize delivery. Gain a thorough understanding of the market, the industry in which the client operates, the client's organizational and operating structure, buying process and business objectives to effectively position JPM and solutions optimally. Drive the execution of the JPM Payments sales and client strategy to achieve new business sales objectives, maintain current revenue streams, expand market share and increase the share of wallet with target clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Payment Sales Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Payment Sales Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Utilizing advanced cash management products including global currency clearing services; SWIFT ISO 20022 messaging standards and protocols; complex FX products and cross-border payment capabilities including integrating FX solutions into client workflows; digital delivery channels including APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, and SWIFT Message Transmission protocols, working on secure data exchange and real-time transaction processing; conducting detailed competitor benchmarking, analyzing global market strategies, evaluating product capabilities, and valuing propositions to inform account planning and client advisory; identifying, qualifying, and capitalizing on supplemental sales opportunities through data-driven insights and consultative selling techniques; designing, selling, and implementing value-added services including principal protection mechanisms, beneficiary deduction models, incremental FX solutions, and data- driven account analytics for existing transaction flows; utilizing client industries, business models, and operational pain points to architect tailored solutions that address specific business needs; articulating value creation and optimizing commercial constructs for mutual benefit; utilizing strategic account planning, pipeline development, and execution to drive robust deal closure and revenue growth.

Job Location: 390 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 20% domestic travel for client meetings, conferences, and off-site locations including Chicago, California, Texas, Florida, New York, and New Jersey.

Full-Time. Salary: $185,348 - $195,000 per year.
