As a Product Director in Kinexys, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. You will lead the growth and development of a blockchain-based payment product, bringing your expertise in institutional payments and the blockchain ecosystem to drive adoption.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets the product with a focus on scaling adoption and delivering new capabilities

• Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth of the product, including commercialization, feature development, and resilience.

• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives for scaling the live product and launching next-generation capabilities

• Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives

• Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opport unities for product differentiation within institutional blockchain-based payments, tokenized money, stablecoin ecosystems, and public chain settlement infrastructure

• Partners with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Controls, and Technology to ensure control-by-design across permissions, transaction monitoring, resiliency, incident management, and on-chain dependencies

• Engages directly with institutional clients and internal stakeholders across treasury, legal, risk, compliance, payments operations, and markets to validate product direction and expand adoption

• Collaborates with protocol foundations, infrastructure partners, and industry consortia to inform roadmap priorities and ensure interoperability across public-chain networks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications including platforms or infrastructure products in payments, settlement, FX, or digital assets within regulated environments, with demonstrated outcomes in scaling live products

• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics with the ability to define measurable adoption, risk, and reliability outcomes

• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions including compliance, legal, risk, operations, treasury, markets, and engineering

• Deep domain expertise in institutional payments infrastructure and/or stablecoins and public-chain ecosystems such as on-chain settlement mechanics, and the operational and risk considerations of institutional participation on public networks

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Recognized thought leader within a related field such as institutional digital payments, blockchain-based settlement, stablecoins and digital money

• Established network within the institutional digital asset and payments ecosystem across relevant industry participants, protocol foundations, and stakeholders
