Build high-impact airline partnerships where your negotiations and insights directly shape customer value and commercial results. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to unlock growth across a fast-moving travel business.

As a Vice President, Airline Supplier Manager in Chase Travel, you will own airline supplier relationships and contract negotiations end to end, using data and market insights to optimize performance. You’ll balance customer experience and financial outcomes while identifying new opportunities and resolving partner challenges.

Job responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage multiple airline contracts to deliver measurable commercial value, including positive EBITDA impact
  • Lead supplier strategies that grow sales and revenue with key airline partners
  • Build and deepen senior-level partner relationships to align on mutual growth goals
  • Develop short- and long-term plans that support business objectives and supplier performance
  • Collaborate with internal partners to prioritize initiatives and optimize supplier opportunities
  • Support product-driven projects that target revenue growth and improved customer outcomes
  • Create quantitative and qualitative models to measure agreement value and identify upside
  • Monitor and report key metrics, insights, and financial impacts to senior leaders and partners
  • Identify and launch new partnership opportunities, including new travel product concepts
  • Resolve supplier issues and serve as the primary escalation point for partner concerns

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of airline or travel industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier agreements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a partnership-focused approach to growth

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience managing multiple airline partners and complex commercial negotiations simultaneously
  • Experience developing revenue management or performance optimization strategies with partners
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience creating executive-ready storytelling and presentations for external partners
